Dual boot USB memory stick

Hi,

I don't know if this question has been covered before, search would only bring up slightly related topics.

I have a 16 GB USB 3.0 thumbdrive and i*d like to hava a bootable partition for Win 8 and one for OS X Mavericks. Will this work? Do I just partition the drive and use bootcamp for the Windows partition and Diskmaker X for the OS X 10.9. partition? Does the order matter?
