Dual Booting Lion & SL Question

Hi,

If I dual boot between Lion and Snow Leopard, but have the bulk of my stuff in the SL user folder, can I share this with Lion, especially the iTunes library. (Could this pose difficulties if I want to sync my iPhone no matter which partition I'm booted up into?)
