Dual booting with Windows XP Black Edition

So just got my new MacBook Pro yesterday and loving it! I just got VMware Fusion and have a quick question (just don't want to mess anything up).

I have the Windows XP Black Edition image file, when I hit "Continue without Disk" on Fusion, next options are "Use installation disk image file", "Use existing virtual disk" or "Create custom virtual machine".

If I just have the .iso, what option should I go with?

I would have thought it would be self-explanatory. What you have is a disk image in the iso format. You want "Use installation disk image file."

I thought the black edition was full of hidden stuff like hacks that allow people to access it? Viruses etc without you knowing? I could be talking rubbish but I got warned off it by about 10 different people?

black edition is trojaned up the wall, want something nice, get the performance editions, one came out mid july, its mad fast... fastest ive seen xp boot up in my life. im currently on like windows 7 type of thing now..
