Dual display switch contents

Hi,

I'm using a macbook connected to an external display.
I use parallels to run windows xp fullscreen on my macbook display.
My table is not big enough so I can't put the macbook and external display next to each other.
I usually put the windows on my macbook display and set it to full screen and use my external display for OS X only.
So when I need to use my windows for a long time I need to switch to window mode and bring it over to the external display.
Is there any fast way I can swap the whole content between the internal and external display so that my Windows will come to my external display and the OSX goes to the macbook display?
