dual ethernet ftp server

Hi Guys,

I'm trying to set up my 3,1 2008 Mac Pro as ftp server.
The build in feature is a hell so I installed PureFTPd manager that works.
I have 2 rj45 ports, I would like to use one in DHCP for internet and mail connected to my firewall and the other directly in the router just for the FTP.
How can do it?
