Im looking to switch to a Macbook for work(system admin) and personal use. I do use dual 24" monitors at my desk. I understand the MBA cannot do this natively and you need to buy a hub and use software. However it seems the hubs are close to $300.

It seems the new MBP can use dual displays natively. The only negative I see about the new MBP is the battery life is not as good as the MBA. That is a main reason I hate my Dell. I have been trying out a MBA for a few days now and the battery life is incredible. But missing my dual monitors in some situations.

Does it make sense to get the MBP for $1850 vs MBA + dock for $1300? Biggest concerns is battery life on MBP vs MBA . Any thoughts? Any considerations I missing?
