Dual G4 500 & ATA/66, ATA/100 question

I want to replace my original internal HD, as i feel its getting small. I am aware that is an ATA/66 drive and would it matter if I bought an ATA/100?

In a word, nope! It should work just fine, it'll just run @ ATA66 speed.
