Dual HDD issue

I just updated to Macericks and whenever I try to create a folder in 'Pictures', it would ask my password. That's not an issue because I am the admin however it's annoying.

My LightRoom library is in the optibay HDD and when I try to open it, it asks me to fix the folder's permission. Went to disk utility and everything is normal.

Any idea?
