Dual Monitor and Flash

I just pick up a second monitor to go with my 13'' mbp and there is one thing that is bothering me. When i watch flash (mlb.tv) i can full screen the game on the second monitor fine but when i click on anything on the other screen the game reverts to the normal size screen. Most applications I can just stretch to fit most of the screen but for some reason when i put the corner of the game the window enlarges but the game window stays the same.

I did some research on it but the only thing that i came across was downloading a hex editor and changing settings in opera. All of these things are WAY over my head plus it looks like windows only.
