Dual-Monitor Flickering

If I run a game in fullscreen, all windows on the second monitor start flickering (Status/Menubar, Safari etc.). happens since I updated to El Capitan...

any help?
 
am i the only one experiencing this?

happens if i play a game (like league of legends)... then windows on the other screen starting flickering weird...
