Dual monitor: how to set main which is main?

I connected a external monitor onto my macbook pro and I want to know how do I make that monitor my main one? like move everything (dock, folders, and bar on top) to my external monitor?

System Prefs->Displays->Arrangement

Drag Menu Bar to other displayed monitor.

System Preferences->Display->Arrangement

Drag the white system bar (only, not the whole blue box) to the second display's blue box.
