Dual Monitor Issue

I have two 19 inch monitors that I use in an expanded desktop setup. The monitor I want as my primary is connected to the primary port on my ATI Radeon X1900XT and the other monitor is connected to port two. In Leopard the monitors work fine however when I boot into windows, windows recognizes the monitor in the secondary port as the primary and vice versa for the Primary monitor. I try to change the primary monitor in display settings but the option is greyed out. I am hoping that there is someone out there who has had a similar problem and knows how to fix it. I believe I have the most recent drivers for the monitors as well as for the graphics card. Here are the principal items in my setup.

Computer: Mac Pro
Graphics Card: ATI Radeon X1900XT
Monitor connected to port 1: Samsung 906CW
Monitor Connected to port 2: ViewSonic VX1935wm
