Dual Monitors with iMAC and Acer Screen

Hi Everyone,

I have set up dual monitors for my iMAC using an Acer screen resolution 1280 x 1024.

It's working however, the view on the Acer screen looks like it's stretched out.

I tried going to System Preferences-->Displays and then playing around with the available options, but nothing seems to work.

Does anyone have any idea how can I not make it look stretched out and slightly zoomed in?

The image on my mac screen is perfect.
