Last night, I discovered that my AW3 can leverage my XS dual-sim configuration. ATT rep had never heard of it before, but said she was game to give it a try. After a couple of false starts, my formerly Verizon AW3 now had added an ATT plan. Just exceptional customer service with great attitude. Down to one device and one watch, and I am better connected than ever. Thanks to Apple and ATT for some very helpful innovation and effort, as I live in a rural environment where one-carrier coverage is a pipe dream for anyone who needs to be connected for their business.

So calls to both numbers goes to the watch, if the phone is off?

No. If the phone is off, it only goes to the line you have selected as active at the time. (Either line can be selected on the watch, which is what is helpful to me). If the phone is on, has coverage, but is not within Bluetooth range of the watch, then you get notification and messages that there is activity on the secondary line, but not the call itself. The primary obviously works whenever you have signal.
