Dual SIM - Handling of both phone numbers

Hello!
Currently I use two different phones with different SIM cards (and phone numbers), one for work and one private.
I am thinking of replacing these with a single Dual SIM iPhone. My question is:
Currently I am switching of my work phone in my free time. Can I disable all incoming calls for my work phone number (without loosing the ability to use the data volume included) when I am not working?
