Wondering how this might work. If you activate both SIMS, which I acknowledge some US carriers may try to prevent/restrict, can you then answer both numbers (with different carriers) to a single AW? After finally thinking I understand my X and AW3, this is making my head hurt. Might have interesting ramifications for battery life for those of us who have work and home phones with accompanying AW, and don't always have the correct pairings at play.
 
I don’t see why not because it’s using your phone’s Bluetooth vs. it’s own network connection so it’s just a pass through when it’s connected to your phone. That’s only a guess.

As I understand Yes you should be able to if connected by BT not LTE
