Has there been any press about the ability to use both thunderbolt ports on the new MacBook pros with Gigabit Ethernet adapters to allow dual gigabit ethernet network interfaces? That seems like an interesting proposition and I'm not sure if it is has ever been confirmed or denied. Does anybody know if this is possible?

Do existing Macs with ethernet and thunderbolt ports support dual network interfaces with the use of the existing ethernet thunderbolt adapter?

if it is possible you could put 10 ethernet ports on a single TB 'cause TB is 10GB/s (each way, and actually dual channel on the MBP so maybe even double that) assuming someone makes an adapter for it, but if it is possible we may see a dual ethernet adapter
