DUAL TV Tuner Cards

Is it possible to record to different programs, at the same scheduled time, from two TV Tuner cards?

Does that setup offer divx support.

The goal is to have two channels recorded at the same preset times, everyday, and then those recorded files are to be compressed to save space, and then transmitted over the internet. Where tey will be downloaded, and edited.

This is software dependant. I know that the EyeTV documentation says that this is not currently possible using EyeTV.
