Dual USB-C charger for iPhone and Apple Watch?

Hi, are there chargers available with two USB-C ports that can be used to charge multiple devices from an EU wall socket? I currently have an iPhone XR and Apple Watch Series 8 which I'd like to charge from a single plug, but I'm not sure what kind of power specs are needed. I would also like the plug to be future-proof, so that it works with future models of iPhone. If you know of a specific (EU plug) product, that would be even more helpful! Thanks in advance.
