Dual USB C charger?

I have a MacBook and a Nintendo Switch. Both are charged through USB C. With the rise of USB C devices I was wondering if anyone has come across a wall plug that charges multiple USB C devices at a time?

Google makes one that is highly regarded, with 2 ports, but only 22.5 watts total. Not sure why others have not made such a device-I'm sure they will eventually with the rise of USB-C.
