Yes, they have started shipping. It's been posted in the news area on MacRumors as well as in other places.

There has been nothing on this on MacRumors, at least not according to rumors by product -> Xserve

There is an article there "Apple Xserve G5 - Now Shipping" ... but that's just the single processor version.

Yeah, they started shipping. As soon as i get mine ill post a huge review (performance wise, average temperature, fan noise, etc etc etc). But mine is expected to arrive in 6 weeks...
