So I'm thinking of getting a new MBP from Macmall.com and they have an offer of Windows 7 with choice of following virtual windows apps, either Parallel or Vmware. It looks like Parallel is cheaper but my question is which apps is better in running Windows with the Mac. I know it's horrible that I have to use Windows with my Mac  but I need it for my work so, any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

So what is it you are actually asking, as you thread title suggests the dual boot setup via Boot Camp, and your post suggests you want to use a virtualization software like Parallels Desktop or VMWare Fusion to run Windows 7 as a VM?
