Hi! My 8bitdo controller just died and I’m looking to replace it. I don’t have a PS5 neither a PS4 and I was looking into getting a dualsense or a dualshock 4 for the iPad Pro.
I heard that some dualsense controllers comes with “problems” that are only solved through firmware updates. That’s really true?
Since I don’t have a console is safer to get a dualshock 4 then?
The dualsense is actually cheaper than the dualshock, lol.
I’m afraid if the newer will be more troublesome than the old dualshock 4.

Dualsense if you plan to ever get PS5 (two controllers for couch versus/coop). Or if you simply want the best feeling controller in your hands. I just tried it for yours sake, it paired instantly (hold Share and PS button). Downloaded NBA 2K 22 and COD Mobile. Got to say, iPad Pro and controller gives you some edge over mobile players, I was dominating in COD (unlike on console). I’d get that, DS4 support on newer devices is finished.
