iPod touch Dude wtf 2.0 messed my stuff up

ok when i plug my ipod touch in to my pc my itunes freezes then my ipod just acts like its normal then it will freeze my ipod and i restart it then all the apps i deleted just come back WOW wtf
 
there is only one solution, get a mac. :D joke.

put your ipod in recovery mode install 2.0 again and see what happends
