Duet Phone Plug does nothing after OSX 10.6.4

Now when I plug in my headphones nothing changes. Speakers continue to work. Nothing on headphones. I tested with two different headphones and tried them on a different audio source. I uninstalled the Duet software and reinstalled from their site. Still nothing. I also send a request to their support.

Any recommendations?
