was thinking of getting the apple monitor display

i know this is such a dumb question but if i get the ACD will it look just like the MBP monitor?

HDTV's aren't the best thing to use as a computer monitor. :(
They are good for things like slide show presentations in a conference room though. ;)

Now, if you want it to look literally just like your monitor, then you would be need to mirror the displays, which unless both monitors have the same native resolution, then it's going to look bad. However, if you're looking into multiple monitor solutions, don't jump right aboard the bandwagon for the ACD unless you've done some research and have decided on getting an old overpriced display.

Does the TV have VGA in? with the adapter it looks pretty good, I use a mac mini for a media center. and can read text no problem. it helps to have the pixels 1:1

when i tried it using DVI it looked like crap
