Why is it that every time I see someone using a MacBook on TV the Apple logo always seems to have a blue tint to it. Some kind of filter on the camera maybe?

It just might be your TV.
+1 Theres no camera filter that will turn it blue and not affect the color of anything else. Your TV needs a white balance adjustment I think.
