edit: Solved and found the culprit. Shortcuts had duplicated and triplicated in some cases all my app shortcuts. I wiped them all out for a fresh start.
I’m seeing duplicated actions in the actions menu, a minor irritation. Anyone else?
Is there a way to edit these? Duplicates persist after restarting.
