Duplicate calendars

I apparently have to US holidays calendars, but they don't show up on my Mac, only my phone. How do I fix this?

At least the iCloud one should show up on your Mac I would think or at iCloud.com. The other one is a new one that was essentially automatically added as part of iOS 7.1 and you can't really do much as far as unsubscribing form it.

The iCloud one does show up. How can I make it the only one to show on both devices? I'd like to actually remove the redundant calendar, rather than an ticking and disabling it.

As I mentioned, you can get rid of the iCloud one, and/or uncheck one of them, but that other one on your iOS device is there from iOS 7.1 and so far can't really be removed aside from being unchecked.
