Duplicate contacts for my 241 contacts?

Alright, I sync my phone thru MobileMe and I don't have anything check marked within iTunes to sync my contacts.

MobileMe is showing my contacts correctly, only one instead of duplicates.

My address book on my MBP is showing my contacts correctly, only one instead of duplicates.

After I just updated my firmware on my iPhone 4, it popped up with duplicates of every contact.

Does anyone know whats going on?
