Duplicate folder created itself and will not delete.

I downloaded a wallpaper in a .rar and used unarchiver to extract it. The resulting folder duplicated itself and I cannot delete, open, get info, move or do anything to this folder. When I try to trash it I get the message "The item "folder name here" can't be moved to the trash because it can't be deleted.
Any ideas guys? Thanks
