duplicate folders in var/stash

just Jb'd 4.1.
anyone seeing this in var/stash? my old themes are there, but a lot of dupe files. can i delete the older ones? or...?

any thoughts...

I had duplicate Themes folders, one had all my old (4.0.1) stuff in that Winterboard couldn't see and one with all my new (4.1) stuff.

Moved a few things over from old to new and then deleted the old folder, no harm done here.
