Duplicate incoming emails using apple mail with Pop3 Account HELP

Hi


I am using Apple Mail with three Pop3 accounts and I am receiving duplicate emails in one of the three accounts. Each account has a seperate email.

The account that I am receiving duplicate emails was set up last night. I am leaving the emails on the server, if that has any bearing.

How can I fix this? I am running OS 10.6.2.

When I view the email via webmail. There is no duplication.

I hope this added information will help diagnose the problem.

hi there

double check your settings again...maybe you have 2 accounts with the same name and settings? Wired settings in the server section....

what sometimes works is to delete the account and readd it.....

not sure what works but that's what I would do...

Thanks. There is no duplication in either the accounts or the settings.
