Duplicate Macintosh HD and Macintosh HD - Data volumes

Disk Utility is showing 9 volumes, with 3 pairs of Macintosh HD and Macintosh HD volumes. This happened after I used Time Machine to restore. Any idea on how to fix?

Yes, Boot from recovery, format the root of the disk you are trying to restore to meaning the disk, not the volumes and then restore to the disk from time machine
