I run DupeGURU on OS to compare all files from external drive and NAS on my network..

If anyone has run this. I really see no difference in the Scan Types : Filename, Contents, & Folders, with respect to how their displayed the results..
i.e If i want to scan and compare everything, would they all do the same thing.. just being viewed differently in the results?
