Duplicate / Non Existant Apps in Poof / Categories

I seem to have corrupted whatever store the application list on my phone. I've got several applications that are listed in Poof and Categories that are either duplicates, or now that I've uninstalled EVERYTHING, are not even installed in the first place..

Is there a way to force the phone to update the list of applications? Or am I stuck reflashing the phone?
