Duplicate posts when using my iPhone on forums?

Whenever I use chrome or safari on my iPhone to posts comments on forums, my phones always submits duplicate posts. I'll press submit once and end up getting the same post numerous times. Error with the browsers?

Not exactly sure why this was moved to the Site and Forum Feedback section, but I also experience the problem on other message forums unrelated to MacRumors, which is what I think the OP is trying to explain.
