Why am I getting this? I noticed it happening with a couple songs I've bought. I can't delete the one with the icon next to it, nothing happens when I swipe. On iTunes I don't have duplicates.

Duplicate songs + icon next to one

Ok so I just bought a song on my laptop and on my iPhone it asked me for my password then it started downloading the song on my phone and this symbol appeared and there was a bar going around in a circle indicating how much of the song has downloaded. So it must mean that the songs that still have this icon didn't download properly because the song I just bought had it until the bar went all around the circle and the symbol went away. How do I get rid of these incomplete downloads?
