How do you delete duplicate list here in iTunes? I have deleted the original file in iTunes folder already, but the list is still here.

Deleting the file doesn't delete the item from your iTunes library. Rather than delete using Finder, you should delete items from iTunes, which should give you an option to delete the underlying file, as well. If you're not sure which ones have deleted files, simply delete them all from iTunes and add the folder back.

How can it be on the sync list if it's not in the library? You can't sync something to the iPhone that doesn't exist in the library.

Of course you can. I solved the problem.

You can import movie into iTunes and delete it directly from the iTunes folder, but the movie will still appear in iTunes list.

No, you can't sync any songs or movies from iTunes to your iPhone unless the item first appears in your iTunes library.

Deleting from the folder is not the same as deleting from the iTunes library. There are two separate things that need to be deleted. One is an entry in the iTunes library. The second is the media file itself. You can delete one without deleting the other.

Read your own question, how can it be on the sync list if it's not in the library, the answer is yes of course you can. Like I told you when the media file is deleted, the sync list file still exists. So the answer is yes of course you can.

No, it cannot be on the sync list if it's not in the library. You didn't delete it from your library; you only deleted the media file, which is not the same as the library item. I said you can't sync it to your iPhone if it's not in the iTunes library. The presence of the item on your sync list proves that it still remains in your library, even though you deleted the media file.

The point remains that you need to delete both the library item (which will also remove the item from the sync list) and the underlying media file. If you delete the item from your iTunes library, it will no longer appear on the sync list, even if you don't delete the media file.
