Duplicates in iTunes

Is there a program out there that will get rid of duplicates that I have in iTunes? Over the years, I've accumulated quite a bit of material and going through the iTunes "Show Duplicates" menu process and deleting songs this way is torture. I ran into someone at the Apple Store who said there's a program out there that will get rid of these duplicates and it's a lot faster that the iTunes method. Thanks

In iTunes 8 you can hold down the Option key and it will show you exact duplicates.
