During a call, speaker greyed out??

I updated to 11.3 last night and today I was just about to make a call to my wife and the phone crashed, so I rebooted the phone, since it got rebooted when I make a call the speaker button is greyed out and for some reason it won’t make a call on WhatsApp or messenger either - it’s like the promiximity sensor is broken too as the screen stays on when I put my ear to it


But i haven’t dropped it or anything but it seems like when the phone crashed it’s seems to of made it think it’s on a call but it’s not - it can’t be a hardware is it?



I did a factory reset but the same issue still arises
