So I have what appears to be 2-3 mm piece of dust behind the glass on my back camera. It's not blocking the lens and doesn't seem to effect the photos. Would you just keep the phone until the dust actually moves/blocks the lens (if it even does) or try to swap it out now? My ocd says swap but the rest of the phone is perfect. Oh, the stupid things I care about..

Edit: Also, if the dust does get in the way of the lens, would it really show in the photos? If not, I'll just keep the phone.

Dust on the lens wouldn't show on pictures. Dust shows when it is on the sensor. Since so many people have antenna issues, if your phone is working perfectly find I would just keep it, unless you are super ocd.
