Hi guys,

i’ve got my Series 5 SS Watch a couple a weeks ago and i’ve noticed an screen separation at the top of the screen. This is collecting a lot of dust. Should I contact apple for a replacement

I personally would contact Apple directly on this. The reason being, the display is not seated evenly with the casing, which is why it’s gathering dust on the top outer edge between the display/casing. My concern would be, the water resistance might be compromised if water intrudes any ingress points.

Being you just purchased this watch, Apple should have no problem replacing this. They will definitely want to see your pictures, so keep those for documentation.

I get some dust in this location but not like that. Yours looks pretty bad. I just run mine under water or slip a piece of thin paper in there ever so gently to clear it out. Maybe mine is defective too lol.
