I had bought brand new Watch Series 6. I realized 2 micro dust particules inside the screen. One of them is on the Upside. Next to the black border. The other is on the center of the screen. They can be seen under direct light if you look very very carefully. I had bought 2 Apple iPhone 11 and 1 Apple Watch in last 2 weeks and all of them had dust inside their screens.

I assume you cleaned your watch with an appropriate cloth already, you could also ride it under water for further cleaning ...
the one on top looks almost square, which could be a dead pixel? I've never seen a dead pixel before so not sure about that.
in either case, return it for a replacement ...

The spot on the up is not on the screen. It is just between the led screen and black border. I think dead pixel can be on only actual display. But this one is in very top of screen next to the led and between the top of case.

If you are 100% positive that the dust is in fact UNDER the glass got get it replaced. At this price point there really is no reason to accept this, esp. when it's easily visible.
