I opened up my iPhone 4 today because I had been feeling the outside metal ring kind of "shifting" in my hand. First, I noticed that both screws were a little loose.
Inside, around the top part of the phone, I found a bunch of dust, hair and stuff. Now I do keep my phone in my pocket, but to my knowledge it's always been closed.

Should I be worried about this? What is the best way to clean it out? I was thinking a moist q-tip, but then I'm worried about moisture. Maybe a microfiber cloth.
