I have noticed that smaller fragments of dust have got caught between edge of screen and bezel. Also some have got under the edge of the screen and appear to be stopped by the rubber seal protecting the screen from water. These can be seen under extreme light from Iphone torch. Not a massive issue and I will probably just live with it as I expect it's common.

There were threads about this earlier… I don't think there's much you can do. Make sure you aren't using one of those pressurized air dusters on the watch as that can cause this problem

If it doesn't bother you too much I would just keep it for now until the watches become readily available. Then go in to an Apple store if possible and get it checked out as I believe it would be covered under the 1 year warranty. I've had this happen before on an iPhone and was able to get it replaced so I am sure the same can be done for the watch.
