iPod touch Dust Under iPod touch screen?

I was cleaning my iPod touch screen today and noticed around 5 specs of dust under the iPod touch screen. If I go to an Apple Store, would they clean it or replace my iPod? It is still under warranty.

Dust??? come on get real. I dropped my ipod a few days ago and got a big scratch across the screen. It was enough to make me cry at the time but im over it now.
