I've had my laptop for 31 months. Obviously it shows some how much I use it - a few dents in the sides, a little scratch at the dot on the silver case.
I always clean my screen but I notice sometimes there is a little gray dot on the screen that can't be rubbed away, and I can see it when the comp is shut off too. Since it can't be rubbed away, is it dust in the screen? Is that normal over time? I noticed when I had the screen black and used a flash light you can see little dots that can't be wiped away. I guess it just happens. The gray dot I see now can't be easily seen except if the background is white or very light. Still bugs me though.
