Dust Under Screen

Someone else's picture - but this just appeared (or I noticed) on my 31 month old macbook. You only seen it with a white or light screen. Still annoying. Small dust dot.

I can't take my mac apart so how do I get rid of this? Will it eventually fall out? Cause I mean how did it get to the middle of the screen?

The irony of "I'm feeling lucky" on the screen shot is not lost on me.

I know that I have some dust in the screen, but I see a little dot also on the screen. On a white background it seems see-through but you can still see it, though on a green background it looked a little black. Very tiny dot. I'm not sure what it is. It's just kinda annoying because it's close to the middle of the screen.
