DVD authoring software

I am looking for a good DVD authoring program. I like iDVD but there is one problem with it. I want to have the same options as a read DVD you buy in stores. I want to be able to play the entire thing, or play individual scenes (chapters). The problem is iDVD won't do that. I would imagine that DVD Studio Pro would but that only comes bundled with Final Cut Studio.

Do you have any suggestions? I have Toast Titanium 8 but I don't want the standard themes that have 6 windows on them that you have to click. I would like something nice like what iDVD offers.

DVDSP would be the best option, however you should be able to add chapters to your movie if you create it using iMovie 6 instead of '08. There is an option to set the chapter markers using the timeline. You can then share the finished product to iDVD and the chapters will go with it.
